What to contact us about

Product support: questions about setting up your widget, managing your account, or using any feature.

Billing and refunds: subscription changes, refund requests, invoice questions. Include your account email and a description of the issue.

Privacy and data: requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or questions about how we handle end-user data.

Security: if you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to support@reqio.app. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

Response time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day (Monday to Friday, Indian Standard Time). More complex requests — such as data export or deletion — may take up to 30 days.

If your issue is urgent (suspected unauthorized access to your account), include "URGENT" in the subject line.
