Refund and cancellation policy
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid Reqio plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. No questions asked.
The 14-day window applies to your first payment on a given plan. It does not apply to renewals or to plan upgrades after the initial window has closed.
How to request a refund
Email support@reqio.app with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address associated with your account. Include the approximate purchase date.
We will confirm the refund eligibility and process it within 3 business days. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again.
After cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except within the 14-day money-back window described above.
At the end of the period, your account automatically moves to the free tier. Your data is preserved; you can re-subscribe at any time.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected). We send a reminder email before annual renewals.
If you wish to avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for charges that have already processed on renewal, outside the 14-day window for initial purchases.
